CHEER4TODAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY Effective date: August 2, 2026 We want you to be happy with your Cheer4Today purchase. This policy applies to products purchased directly through Cheer4Today unless a product page or checkout states different terms. ELIGIBLE RETURNS You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Customized or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Digital products, gift cards, downloaded products, clearance or final-sale items, and items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons are not returnable except where required by law. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN Email info@cheer4today.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not mail an item until we provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused. RETURN SHIPPING Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS Contact info@cheer4today.com within 7 days after delivery and include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos when possible. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution. Cheer4Today will cover reasonable return shipping when we require the return of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. REFUNDS After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for Cheer4Today to process the refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it. EXCHANGES Because products and sizes may sell out, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. The simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order. We will explain available options when you contact us. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES Products purchased through a third-party marketplace or seller are governed by that seller’s return policy and must generally be returned through that seller.
