CHEER4TODAY PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 2, 2026
Cheer4Today (“Cheer4Today,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit cheer4today.com, our related Cheer4Today sites and subdomains, shop, submit content, join a program, complete a form, or communicate with us.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, account details, order and shipping information, messages, survey or voting responses, program applications, parent or guardian information, social-media handles, and photos or videos you submit. Payments are processed by our commerce and payment providers; Cheer4Today does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We and our service providers may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, shopping activity, and interaction data.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to operate and improve our sites; process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; administer applications, memberships, scholarships, submissions, voting, contests, and events; communicate with you; prevent fraud and misuse; meet legal obligations; and send marketing when permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message.
3. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND SUBMISSIONS
Submitting content does not automatically grant permission for public use unless you or an authorized parent or guardian also agree to the applicable submission release. We may retain submission records to document permissions, respond to requests, and protect legal rights. Public posts and galleries may be visible, copied, or shared by others outside our control.
4. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Cheer4Today serves families and the cheer and dance community, but children under 13 may not directly submit personal information, create an account, apply to a program, upload content, or contact us through a form. A parent or legal guardian must submit on their behalf. Parent or guardian consent is required for participation, applications, and publication of identifiable content involving anyone under 18. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will delete it. Parents and guardians may contact us to review or request deletion of a child’s information.
5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use essential cookies and may use analytics, advertising, personalization, and social-media technologies provided by Wix and other service providers. These technologies help the site function, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure promotions. Available cookie controls may be used to manage nonessential cookies; browser settings may also limit cookies, though parts of the site may not work correctly.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with vendors that help us host the site, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, send communications, provide analytics, prevent fraud, or support our programs. We may also share information when you direct us to, with event or program partners when disclosed and necessary, to comply with law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; applicable choices will be honored.
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS
If Cheer4Today offers an AI-powered assistant, questions and interaction data may be processed by technology providers to generate responses, maintain security, and improve the service as described at the point of use. Do not provide payment information, passwords, medical information, or private information about a child to an AI assistant. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not a substitute for contacting a person.
8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order, tax, permission, safety, dispute, and legal-record requirements. Application information that is not needed will be deleted or de-identified on a reasonable schedule. No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask questions about our practices. We may need to verify your identity or authority as a parent or guardian. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, or documented publication permissions.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our sites may link to services operated by Wix, Printful, Blurb, social networks, payment providers, event producers, and others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Cheer4Today is not responsible for third-party sites.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required.
