CHEER4TODAY TERMS OF USE Effective date: August 2, 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of cheer4today.com and related Cheer4Today sites, subdomains, shops, forms, galleries, programs, groups, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. 1. WHO WE ARE Cheer4Today is an independent entertainment sports media company based in Virginia. We cover cheer, dance, events, people, programs, merchandise, and community projects. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Cheer4Today is not an event producer, gym, team, school, travel provider, or governing body. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use account, purchase, submission, or program features. A parent or legal guardian must submit information on behalf of a child under 13. Parent or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18 to participate in Cheer4Today programs or to authorize publication of identifiable photos, video, or other content. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE Use our services only for lawful purposes. Do not harass others; post hateful, threatening, obscene, deceptive, or infringing material; advertise unrelated businesses where prohibited; interfere with site operation; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy content in bulk; impersonate another person; or submit information about a minor without authority. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or refer conduct to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. 4. ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNITY FEATURES You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Community spaces must also follow posted Community Guidelines. Cheer4Today may moderate or remove content and may suspend access for violations, safety concerns, or misuse. 5. ORDERS, PRICES, AND PROMOTIONS Product descriptions, availability, pricing, discounts, and promotions may change. We may correct errors and cancel or refund an affected order. Orders are also governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Third-party fulfillment, payment, and marketplace providers may apply their own terms. 6. SUBMISSIONS AND MEDIA You keep ownership of original content you submit. Public use by Cheer4Today requires the applicable submission release or other permission. When you grant a release, the scope of our rights is described in that release. You represent that you own the content or have authority to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Submission does not guarantee publication, feature placement, compensation, credit, selection, or inclusion in a magazine. 7. EDITORIAL CONTENT Cheer4Today selects, edits, captions, publishes, archives, corrects, or removes editorial content in its discretion, subject to applicable law and granted permissions. Coverage is editorial unless specifically identified as advertising or sponsored content. Opinions belong to their authors. Event schedules, results, travel details, and other third-party information can change; confirm important details with the organizer. 8. PROGRAMS, SCHOLARSHIPS, VOTING, AND CONTESTS Programs, scholarships, applications, voting, giveaways, and contests may have separate rules. Those specific rules control if they conflict with these general Terms. Participation or submission does not guarantee selection, an award, publication, travel, credentials, merchandise, or other benefit. We may reject duplicate, fraudulent, automated, ineligible, or abusive entries or votes. 9. REPRESENTATIVES AND DISCLOSURES Models, Ambassadors, Sparkle Reps, affiliates, and others receiving discounts, products, commissions, access, or another benefit must clearly disclose their relationship with Cheer4Today when posting endorsements, codes, reviews, or promotions and must follow their program agreement and applicable advertising rules. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Except for content owned by users or third parties, Cheer4Today’s names, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, text, video, site layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cheer4Today and protected by law. You may share official public links and use ordinary platform sharing tools. Other copying, resale, republication, removal of credits or watermarks, or commercial use requires written permission. 11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS Our services may link to or rely on Wix, Printful, Blurb, payment providers, social networks, event organizers, and other third parties. Their services and policies are separate. Cheer4Today is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, or practices. 12. AI AND AUTOMATED FEATURES An AI-powered assistant may provide general guidance and links. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and are not professional advice or a substitute for a human representative. Do not provide passwords, payment details, medical information, or private information about a child to an AI assistant. 13. DISCLAIMERS To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, selection, publication, or continued availability of any feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, Cheer4Today and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise. 15. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Cheer4Today harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. 16. TERMINATION You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for violations, fraud, security, safety, legal compliance, or discontinuation of a feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective. 17. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court serving Yorktown, Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 18. CHANGES We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. 19.
